Smoother ride, better handling. And they look good, too.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16&#215;7 Focal 422 Black wheels<\/li>\n<li>205\/55HR-16 91H Road Control NW3 tires<\/li>\n<li>stock suspension<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While many MINI Cooper friends are running 17&#8243; or even 18&#8243; wheels, I really do like the look of rubber. And since this is my daily driver, a slightly softer ride with the 16&#8243; keeps me happy. The tires are wider and taller than the 195\/55 R16 that came stock, and with the +40 offset of the Focal 422s, the handling is even more stable and improved.<\/p>\n<p>A very sensible and economical upgrade.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-visual-portfolio alignwide\">\n<div class=\"vp-portfolio vp-uid-d7ebba47 vp-id-1Npykk\"\n\tdata-vp-layout=\"tiles\" data-vp-content-source=\"images\"
